The incident between Kheegan and xDisabledFear was deemed mostly a racing incident. Fear had a late defence but Kheegan should’ve backed off a little and that’s what caused fear to spin. The stewards don’t feel it’s time penalty worthy, but Kheegan will receive a reprimand.
