Welcome to the Bahrain International Circuit, located in Sakhir, Bahrain. This track has featured just three times in PSF1 history, but has produced some exciting races, and a fantastic track to kick off Season 9 with!
There are an absolute handful of places to overtake at this track, starting off into turn 1, before making your way down to turn 4 for another overtaking spot. You should almost expect a lunge into turn 8, as you go out wide to make the apex, and again at turn 10, as the opportunists among us may get inpatient! Turn 13 also offers an opportunity to overtake for the brave, however it is rare here.
Fresh Season, Fresh Start. That is exactly what every driver will be saying to themselves before tonights race. The longest calendar in PSF1 history, makes this season one to remember! There are plenty of names in the current F1 roster who can challenge for this seasons title. legominecraft3 will hope to start his title defence well, but with the return of drivers such as cliffy and maxi, and also people like Sean and Louis, it is not going to be easy!
The weather, as you expect for Bahrain, is pretty dry and humid. It will remain that way throughout the race, as well as qualifying too. So this race will be won on pure pace alone!
That’s all for this week, we’ll be back next week for Britain! Until then, here is a hot lap of Bahrain from Lego!
