Bahrain Stewards Report

Formula 1

Incident: OfficerJuan had multiple unfair corner cuts.

Stewards View: OfficerJuan did not deserve the penalties issued in game.

Penalty: OfficerJuan will have 6 seconds removed from his time.

Incident: Lego blocks Energy on his qualifying lap.

Stewards View: Lego misjudged the situation and didn’t realise who the driver was and therefore started to gear up for his lap. Unfortunately, Lego judged incorrectly.

Penalty: Lego will have 3 points added to his licence.

Incident: PFC_STEVE turned left into Energys path, causing a big collision.

Stewards View: PFC_STEVE decided to retire his car in an unsafe manner and place, and hit Energy in the process.

Penalty: PFC_STEVE will receive 6 points on his licence and a reprimand for retiring in an unsafe place.

Incident: Dougie blocks Steve on his qualifying lap.

Stewards View: Dougie attempts to move out of the way of Steve, but sits on the racing line and ruins Steve’s lap.

Penalty: Dougie will receive 3 points on his licence.

Incident: PFC_STEVE and Tekken have a few hard knocks through a couple of corners.

Stewards View: The stewards don’t believe any of the racing in the video submitted was against any rules, and was a result of hard but fair racing.

Penalty: No further action warranted.

Incident: Lewis appears to slow down and cause tekken to hit him at the end of sector 2.

Stewards View: Without Lewis’s video, the stewards can’t conclude why Lewis was slow through the corner. Update: Lewis has updated us that he had red wing, and therefore could not go full throttle through the turn.

Penalty: No further action warranted.

Incident: Lego forces Cliffy off at turn 3.

Stewards View: Lego is forced off the track at turn 2, slightly compromising his exit, but he managed to straighten his car before the exit of turn 3, and therefore there was no reason to force Cliffy off. Cliffy had his wing/wheel alongside Lego and therefore Cliffy was entitled to space.

Penalty: Normally lego would receive 10 seconds for this, but as he retired, he will receive a reprimand.

Incident: Energy causes Lego to retire at turn 1.

Stewards View: Energy attempts to do a cutback on Lego, but turns in too soon and clips lego, causing lego to retire.

Penalty: Energy will receive 30 seconds to his race time and 3 points on his licence.

Incident: Lewis dives up Lego inside at turn 1 and forces Lego off the track

Stewards View: Lego is entitled to the inside as he’s just come out the pits, but lewis decides to dive up the inside and dangerously force Lego off the track.

Penalty: Lewis will receive 10 seconds to his race time.

Incident: OfficerJuan and Cliffy incident at turn 1.

Stewards View: OfficerJuan misses his braking point, and goes deep into turn 1, whilst Cliffy cutsback and gets the move done on him. The stewards believe this to be no more than a racing incident.

Penalty: No further action warranted.

Incident: Louis pulled off track and did donuts at final corner.

Stewards View: This is unsportsmanlike and inappropriate behaviour whilst a race is still live.

Penalty: Louis will receive a reprimand.

Formula 2

Incident: Eggly sandwiched between two cars at turn 8.

Stewards View: There are a lot of cars around and no car is predominantly to blame for the incident.

Penalty: No further action warranted.

Incident: Tezza plows into the sidepod of Cow at turn 8.

Stewards View: Tezza is forced off track in the previous corner but fails to rejoin the track before turn 8, and plows straight into cow without any intention of slowing.

Penalty: Tezza will receive 10 second penalty added to his race time and 6 points on his licence.

Formula 3

Incident: Kingdonmartin pressed X before 90s were up before the formation lap.

Stewards View: N/A

Penalty: Kingdonmartin would normally receive a 10 second penalty, but as he didn’t finish, he’ll receive a reprimand.
